Bairbre O'Malley
Elsevier Saunders
Published: 2005
ISBN 0702027820
Found at: www.adlibris.se & www.amazon.com
In totalt 261 pages, whererof 64 about birds. I've for long been looking for a book about bird anatomy and physiology, when it is not so much about these topics in the veterinary medical books I have. This book brings up most of it and spice it a bit with facts like that birds can reduce heat loss by 12% by simply having their head under the wing. When the book is written by a veterinarian for veterinarians, this is not a book I can recommend if you're not very interested in veterinary medicine.
